Biography
Ms. Mosley represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of matters, including civil and commercial litigation, and business and employment controversies. Her practice also involves criminal and constitutional law matters. Ms. Mosley has represented clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as before professional disciplinary committees and review boards. She also has experience conducting internal corporate investigations.
Ms. Mosley has been with the firm since 2003, working as a law clerk before becoming an associate. Prior to attending law school, she worked in the government affairs office of a large pharmaceutical company.
